Jacqueline Costanza Stephens' Obituary
Jacqueline Costanza Stephens passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the age of 69. She was born in New Orleans, LA on October 17, 1952 to Jake Costanza and Rita Forzet Costanza.
Jacqueline is survived by her sons, Ethan, Adam (Jennifer) and Nicholas (Janelle); her grandchildren, Josephine, Mackenzie, Emerson, Morgan and Elizabeth; her god children, Jeannine Thibodeaux and Kevin Carpenter; and sisters, Cathy White (Tommy) and Lucille Duhe (Al).
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Alberta Chauvin, Florence Trigo and Guy Costanza.
Jacqueline was loving, kind, humble, caring, and loyal. Her true passion was spending time with her loving family. There wasn’t a room she didn’t light up with her smile. Jacqueline was unique, well respected and liked, and will be deeply and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
