Jacqueline Micott Laborde's Obituary
Jacqueline Micott Laborde, 84, of Mandeville, LA passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 28, 1933 in Shreveport, LA to Sam Miciotto and Ledius Juneau.
Jackie is survived by her beloved husband of sixty-seven years, Wilfred Joseph Laborde; her daughters, Vickie Goux (Rene) and Susan Aymond (David); nine grandchildren, Jason Goux (Lori), Tiffany Goux, Leslie Aymond (Jason), Jenny Picone (Jimmy), Heather Aymond (Roger), Sloane Ory (Matt), Jon Goux (Kristine), Josh Aymond (Morgan), and Tyler Aymond and ten great-grandchildren, Alexis Broussard, Kalli Hatchett, Brody Hatchett, Renny Goux, Abby Picone, Anabelle Ory, Josh Picone, Adleigh Ory, Ellie Watson, and Audrey Aymond.
She is also survived by siblings Warren Bordelon (Liz), Janis Kimball (Jim), Ronald Jasin, and Michael Miciotto.
Jackie is preceded in death by parents and step-father, Hebert Bordelon and brother Sam Miciotto, Jr.
She worked for many years as a medical office manager in Avoyelles Parish. Upon she and her husband’s retirement, they relocated to Mandeville to be closer to their children and grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 312 Lafitte St, Mandeville, LA 70448 on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 11:00 with visitation on Wednesday beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow the service in Mandeville Mausoleum, Mandeville, LA.
