Your Mother/Grandmother was such a gracious lady. We had many good bridge games and many good visits in the time I knew her in the Village. The same can be said about your Dad. They will both be remembered fondly and often.

To Jackie's family:I just wanted you to know that I shared many good times with your mother/grandmother. She and I and Zeta Keller and several other novice golfers started out playing nine holes at Covington Country Club and got reasonably good enough to advance to play eighteen. We shared many a laugh and good times, and I will remember her courtesy and kindness and even temper. Eternal rest grant to her.
Our deepest sympathies in the loss of your mother and grandmother. She was such a gracious lady and we have many fond memories of her including bridge games and Sundays dining out . Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Another Village resident, Sue Pope and her daughter Suzie Artell.

Dear Lonny, Lorelei, Lilith and John,I was very saddened to hear of your loss. Your mom and grandmother was a caring and joyful person. I remember many fond memories of both she and Uncle Mel in Mandeville. And, Jackie was both a first cousin and best friend to my mom! My prayers are with you and your entire family. I pray that you will find comfort in your faith, memories, and through those who love you. Peace to each of you, Heidi Hess
Dear Lonny and family, What fond memories I have of your mother! She was such a gracious, elegant person who helped make our world much richer than it might have been. Uncle Mel was the out-there storyteller, but Jackie was the kind person in the background who made us feel secure. That family compound in Mandeville certainly gave us a childhood that was memorable and Jackie was a big part of that.
My deepest condolence. A wonderful next door neighbor. Barbara Daniels
Lonnie, Lorelei,Lilith, and John,I am so sorry for your loss. Jackie was my godmother and an important part of my life. I was living in my grandparents home in Mandeville next to Jackie and Mel when my mother died. Jackie was such a comfort to me that night. She and my mother were as close as sisters. While I was living there as a new bride, she shared recipes with me that I still use. She was an incredible person and added so much to my life. I was lucky that my mom and dad chose she and Mel as my godparents. They both enriched my life. Although I haven't seen her lately she has always been in my heart. I know you have wonderful memories of her that will keep her alive in your hearts. I wish that I could be with you on the 1st, but duties at school will keep me from attending the service. I will be thinking of you.My deepest sympathies,Hana Hess Jeansonne
Dear Lonny,Your mother was my mom's best friend. She introduced her to my dad and my youngest sister carries her name - Hala Jacqueline. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
