My husband, JD Demarest, had a friendship with Jack that he really enjoyed. And Jack was so kind to contact me after JD's death. I'm really sorry to hear about his death and would like to extend my condolences to his wife and family as well as my prayers. I can only imagine how much he will be missed!

I met Jack Jr in Lufkin Texas when I was CEO of Memorial Health System of East Texas.
Dr. Jack Wade was a friend and Jack Jr and I were both trying to assist he and Hazel in preparing to get into assisted living. Both Jack Jr and Dr Jack were great men, my and my wife Ammer Gayle's prayers to the family.
