Jack Baldwin Gray's Obituary
Jack Baldwin Gray of Covington passed away on Friday, June 8, 2007.
He was born in Poplarville, MS to the late Robert and Rose Carroll Gray. He is survived by three sons: Thomas, Brian and Joel “Wayne” Gray; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Horace Gray, Betty Owens and the late Willis Gray.
Mr. Gray served three years with the Combat Engineers of the U.S. Army during WW II and was a truck driver for many years at Pre-Stressed Concrete until his retirement. He worked briefly for the Tangipahoa Parish School Board, was a member of the Fitzgerald United Methodist Church and was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend Funeral Services on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 12:00 Noon from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours will begin Monday at 10:00 AM.
Interment will be at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington.
