Israel Joseph “Jack” Batiste, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 in Lacombe, LA. He was born on March 1, 1962 in Slidell, LA to Israel Joseph Batiste, Sr. and the late Elsie Mae Atlow Batiste.
Jack was married to his beloved wife, Lisa Gousman Batiste, for 19 years. He was the loving father of Lacey N. Batiste, Chase A. Batiste, and Maddison E. Batiste. Jack was the brother of Lori A. Batiste-Reffells.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Peace Chapel on the campus of St. Paul’s School, 917 S. Jahncke Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 12:00 Noon with Visitation from 10:00 AM until service time.
