She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church and an “I Care” Senior Citizen Thanksgiving Dinner Volunteer for over 13 years. A charter member of the St. Joseph’s Altar Society at St. John’s Church.
Beloved wife of Clarence J. Inniss. Mother of Clarence M. Inniss and spouse Linda, Cassandra Inniss McGeachy, Charles A. Inniss and spouse Diana, Regina A. Inniss and the late Arnold W. Inniss. Former mother-in-law of Leslie B. and Ardith A. Inniss. Sister of Calvin M. Melancon and the late Gustave J. Melancon, Herman Melancon, Edith M. Landry and Anita M. Henley. Grandmother of Tasha R. Inniss, PhD, Enos C. Inniss, PhD and spouse Lisa, Charles A. Inniss, PhD and spouse Mahsa, Judith E. Inniss, Stephen A. Inniss, Amanda I. Beck and spouse Matthew, Christopher R. Inniss, Matthew L. McGeachy and Conrad L. McGeachy. Great-grandmother of Niani Clermont and Virgina Clermont.
Aged 86 years, a native of Convent, LA, a former resident of New Orleans and a resident of Folsom, LA for the past 20 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial mass on Friday, Sept. 14, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, 11345 St. John Church Rd., Folsom, LA 70437.
A private interment in Rest Haven Memorial Park, New Orleans.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society c/o St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
