After the Good Lord made Mr. Ex He threw away the mold! Mr.Ex was good, kind, and brilliant man. He loved his family and he loved to help people. I will never ever forget him.. I owe so much of what I am today to his guidance and ministry. His memory will be a blessing to all of who knew him.

A remarkable man a notable life. Always the champion of winning. He succeeded as he never ceased pursuing. Like a great field general he would locate his adversary and unrelentingly attack. He was at once brilliant and unorthodox. Those that knew him best were those that dared to tangle with him.

I have known Hugh since moving here due to Katrina.God has always taken care of me and put me where I needed to be.He brought me to Folsom to a great church and wonderful Christians like Hugh
and his wife Lee.
Hugh sometimes was gruff but he Loved Jesus, family and friends. You could always ask him a question about the Bible. He could always give you
the answer and made it easy to understand what
it says.
I am blessed to have known Hugh and proud to be
counted as his. Friend.
My prayers and sympathy go out to his family for their great loss.
Mr. Exnicios was a client and friend since 1987. He made a huge difference in my career and life. I always love hearing his many stories and experiences. His walk with God was unquestionable. I certainly will miss him.
