Herman Ernest Thompson's Obituary
Herman Ernest Thompson of Folsom, LA passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2019. He was born on October 14, 1939 in Goodbee, LA to the late Louis and Martha (Fairburn) Thompson.
Herman is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years Kathryn (Stewart) Thompson; his children Paul Ray Thompson (the late Andrea) and Robert Glen Thompson (the late Carol); his grandchildren Logan, Paul, Blake, Mary, Jessica, and Jennifer; great-grandchildren Blair, Caleb, Mikayla, Jaylyn, Aribella, Schylar, Alexander, Sebron, and Jakota; as well as his great-great-grandchildren Emmery, Audrey, and “MooMoo”. He is also survived by his sister Donis Mansfield and his brother Hollis Thompson.
Herman loved to fish, hunt, and piddle in the yard.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Funeral Home on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 3:00 PM with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow the services in Allison Cemetery in Folsom.
