Henry Clinton Keith III's Obituary
Henry C. Keith, III of Madisonville, LA, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2013 at home after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer at age 69.
Husband of Beth Keith and only child of Henry C. Keith II and Louisa Jean McCurdie Keith he was born in New Orleans, where he graduated from Fortier High School and attended Southeastern University in Hammond. He also served proudly in Vietnam from 1963-67 as part of the Marine Corp.
He is survived by his wife of 9 years, Beth, two daughters, a son, 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, a multitude of friends from around the nation and other family, Janet Boyd of Decatur, Alabama, Ellen McCurdie, Lucy McCurdie, Jim Morgan and Ed Morgan of Hattiesburg.
Henry was a born ambassador for life. He lived each day to the fullest and made the world a better place by just being here. He never met a stranger, strangers soon became friends and he loved all his friends with everything he had. A celebration of his life will be held at the home on April 6, 2013 at 2:00 pm as we remember his enthusiasm for life and his passion for his friends. He never forgot his friends and he will never be forgotten. Peace be with him and those who come together to remember such a remarkable man.
