Beloved wife of the late Darrell Thompson. Mother of Helen “Queenie” Cooper, Katie Ann Branch and Marina Calderon. Sister of Francisco and Bill Pereira and the late Harry, Dacus, Myers, Ada Pereira and Fanny Torres. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Aged 89 years. A native of Utila, Honduras, a former resident of Covington, LA and a resident of Cumming, GA for the past 13 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 2:00 PM from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Monday from 12:00 PM until service time. Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
