Helen Inez Nichols Naquin's Obituary
Helen Inez Nichols Naquin passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at the age of 84.
Beloved wife of 64 years to Percy John Naquin. Loving mother of Tim Naquin (Kathy) and Robert Naquin (Missy). Daughter of the late Nellie Clarke Nichols and Arthur Nichols. Sister of William David Nichols, Elsie Walden and the late Ola Sibley, Raymond Nichols, Lydia Jones, Joseph Nichols, Louise Naquin and Mary Nichols. Also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Naquin was a native of Malcolm, AL and a longtime resident of Folsom, LA where she retired from Bellsouth. Helen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 11:30 AM with visitation on Monday beginning at 9:30 AM.
Interment will follow in the Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Naquin to be made to the cancer research organization of your choice.
