Hazel Lambert Strain's Obituary
Hazel Lambert Strain passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 surrounded by family at her home in Madisonville, LA. She was born on October 31, 1932 in Convent, LA to the late George Lambert and Mabel Kilburn Lambert.
Hazel was the beloved wife of the late Henry Joseph Strain. She was the loving mother of 6; Debbie Steinhauer (Emmett), the late Henry Strain Jr, Karen Rex (Mike), Lori Graham (Steve), Gina Ostendorf (Bryan), and Cheryl Salomone (Greg). Hazel was the proud grandmother of 13, the great grandmother of 20 and the great great grandmother of 6. She was the sister of the late Freddie Lambert, Marion Pritchett, Beverly Firrello and Milton Lambert.
Hazel loved her family and considered many friends as family. She will be missed tremendously by all that had the pleasure to know her.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Graveside Service at Bedico Community Cemetery, 41131 Snowball Cir, Ponchatoula, LA 70454 on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
