Harry Dawsey's Obituary
Harry Dawsey passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Yvonne Dawsey. Loving father of Dewain Dawsey and Debbie Dawsey and the late Jimmy Dawsey (Sheila). Son of the late Mae and B.K. Dawsey. Brother of Austin Dawsey and the late Flora Jean Dawsey, Alton Dawsey, Sherwood Dawsey and Anitof Dawsey. Grandfather of Stephen Dawsey (Trisha), Stephanie Dawsey Jarrell (Ashton), David Dawsey (Jill) and Benjaman Dawsey. Great-grandfather of Kirstin, Kenzie and Keegan Dawsey, Hailey Jarrell and Liam Dawsey.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at New Zion Baptist Church, 17387 New Zion Baptist Church Road, Covington, LA 70435 on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 12:00 noon with visitation at church on Monday beginning at 9:00 AM.
Interment will follow in New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Dawsey to be made to New Zion Baptist Church Building Fund or Lunch Ministry.
