My husband and I send your family our sympathy, for the lost of your mother. We did not know her, but her smile in the picture drew our attention. We read the notice together and was in amazement of her life. We know she must have been proud of all her children, and for a job well done as a mother. We wish you all the best,for you have wonderful memories.
At a time like this, when our hearts are breaking, we can sit back and remember all the wonderful things that made Biji a unique individual.
Her legacy will live on through her family, as well as through her beautiful handwork. Her hand knitted caps and her colorful cross stitch pictures will always be a reminder of her love for her family and friends.
I will always feel a kinship with her because of the shared memories we made while I was taking care of Baji. She would sit on the sofa in their room and laugh with me at the antics he went through each day.
Even though I didn't understand a word she said, we would hold long conversations whenever I stayed with her, and she always got her meaning across.
She will always have a special place in my heart, and I will always be thankful to her for sharing her wonderful family with me.

We read the Times-Picayune today with great interest and were impressed with the love and respect you have shown your very exceptional mother. What a beautiful countenance shines in the photograph.
