Many years ago, Greg taught me to play golf. He was a dedicated teacher, and he kept track of his students and their progress. He stayed connected, and the loss of that connection will be felt by all who knew him. Greg and all those he left behind to mourn him will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Many years ago, a wonderful couple built a house next to me on Villere Drive...Greg and Michele. We spent many hours together simply enjoying life and playing golf. Terry and I offer our deepest sympathy to the Core family during this difficult time. I have known Greg for a long time. He was always helping his friends with there golf swing. I have fond memories of our golf trips that we took together, they were so much fun. Our prayers go out to all of you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Core family. Got the great privilege to first know Greg during his college golf playing days. What a blend of competitor and kind giving spirit.He was also always quick to challenge you to a footrace....Greg has run the race...What a victory we have in Christ!
Had the opportunity to get to know Greg better this year as he worked with us here at BREC in player development. He knew a lot about the game and enjoyed teaching it; his students really liked him. Whenever I asked him to help, he was always willing, no questions asked. Will miss him.
