Gordon Wesley Clapper's Obituary
Gordon W. Clapper passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at the age of 83.
Beloved husband of 64 years to Velda Taylor Clapper. Loving father of Steven Clapper (Rebecca) and Lisa Marie Clapper-Smith (Larry). Son of the late Corinne DeHaven Clapper and Allen Clapper. Brother of Vivian Clapper Kuny and the late Ronald Clapper . Grandfather of Bree Boyett, Brent Boyett and Jason Clapper and great-grandfather of Jayde Clapper.
Relatives and friends are encouraged to gather, share stories and remember Gordon at 131 Cherry Laurel Drive (Riverwood Subdivision) Covington, LA on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Clapper to be made to Northshore Bible Church Building Fund.
