Glinda Mayo's Obituary
Glinda Davis Mayo passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2008. She was born November 11, 1943 in Bay St. Louis, MS to the late Walter Herman and Vera McCaughn Davis and has been a life resident of St. Tammany Parish. She is the beloved mother of Jennifer Mayo Mooney, her husband Mike; Jeffrey A. Mayo, his wife Amanda; the late Hilery A. Mayo and his wife Tiffany. She is the sister of Linda Davis Lanier and the late Alice Davis Whitehead. She is also survived by three grandchildren: Michael Mooney, Peyton and Catherine Mayo. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433. A wake is scheduled for Friday May 23, 2008 from 6-9:00 PM with visitation beginning Saturday at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow services at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington.
