She belonged to the Order of the Eastern Star, Jassamine Chapter #82 over 25 years. A member of the United Methodist Church of Bush.
Beloved wife of the late Edward Jenkins. Mother of Bobby Jenkins. Grandmother of Robert, David, Nadine and Mark Jenkins and Diana Mayo. Sister of Billy Fitzmorris and Mary Farnsworth. Also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Aged 84 years, a native of Covington, LA and a resident of Bush, LA for 47 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007 at 11:00 AM from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Bro. Karl Wood officiating. Visitation on Saturday from 9:00 AM until service time.
Interment in Pilgrim Rest Cemetery, Covington, LA.
