Gerard “Jerry” Lynn Gunther passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at the age of 71.
Beloved husband of Sharon Stephens Gunther. Loving father of Troy Michael Gunther (Kimberly) and Jennifer Gunther Wagner (Clay). Son of the late Audrey Brinkman Gunther and Bernard Raymond Gunther. Son-in-law of Louise Castillon Stephens and the late Ernest Philip Stephens. Brother of Donald Gunther, Harold Gunther, John Gunther and the late Bernard Gunther, Jr. Grandfather of Preston Robert Wagner, Ashton Michael Gunther, Amber-Grace Marie Gunther, Brandon Michael Wagner and Aven Benjamin Gunther. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1501 W. Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70471 at 12:00 noon with visitation on Saturday from 10:00 AM until Mass time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of Mr. Gunther to be made to the American Heart Association.
