Dear Seiler Family, I enjoyed working with Jerry in the late 1980's when I worked for Freeport Sulphur Company in New Orleans. Jerry was a kind man and worked hard. My condolences.

I'm so sorry to have missed out on the celebration of Uncle Gerald's life. He was a great member of the family and will be truly missed.
I had the honor of knowing Jerry for over 30years, a fine person. We not only work together but for the last 20+ years attended our yearly retreat at Manresa. We not only traveled together but sat next to each other at the dinning table there. I will miss him, it indeed was a pleasure to call him my friend.
Dear Gerry, My prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time of personal loss. May God grace all of you with His peace and consolation, and your father with eternal joy! Peace in Christ, Tom McCann

Dear Fr. Seiler,
You and your family will be in my heart and prayers as you mourn your father's death. You have the hope of heaven as your father's destination where you will be reunited one day.
May God grant you His peace and consolation.

Fr. Seiler, To you and your family, our sincere symapthies on your loss. My dad died just 3 short weeks ago and I share in your grief...but find great comfort in knowing dad is cradled in God's loving embrace. My fanily will also lift you in prayer.
Dear Carol and family,
Elke and I are deeply saddened to learn of Jerry’s passing. The last time I saw him he told me you were living on the Gulf Coast. After Hurricane Katrina, I tried to locate you but had no success.
Jerry and all of you were such wonderful neighbors and great friends during the 20 plus years I lived on Homestead Avenue in Metairie. He was one of the nicest men I ever knew and you were fortunate to have such a kind, loving husband, father and grandfather for so many years. May God bless and comfort you during this time of great loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Seiler family.
