Gerald "Jerry" Bernard Billac's Obituary
Gerald “Jerry” Bernard Billac passed peacefully on Tuesday, July 16, 2019. He was born on July 19, 1942 in New Orleans, LA to Bernard and Norma Ruth (Goessling) Billac.
Jerry is survived by his children Joleen Billac (Joe), Jessica Fugarino (Bryce), Gerald Billac, Joe Young, and Miles McIntosh; and two grandchildren Emery and Isla. He is also survived by his companion Hilary McIntosh.
Jerry is preceded in death by his siblings and his parents.
Jerry was a small business owner in the village of Sun; he owned Da Stuff for over a decade. Jerry was loved by all and brought people and communities together. There was no match for his charisma and sense of humor. He was a long time purveyor of good times, touching all who knew him. Jerry had a love for animals, and stayed true to himself, always. “I come from a time when ships were made of wood, and men were made of steel. Yaya.”
The family would like to send their thanks and appreciation to the nurses and staff of AMG Rehabilitation Hospital and Camelot Community Care for the care they provided.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J.
