Gay LeBert Deters, on Tuesday, August 29, 2006.
Beloved wife of William Deters. Mother of Len Cassioppi, Craig Cassioppi and Johanna Howell. Grandmother of Kylie, Ryan, Danielle, Wes and Thomas. Daughter of Bernice Cross. Sister of Diane Haydel.
Aged 65 years, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Mandeville, LA for the past 25 years.
In New Orleans Gay worked in the hotel industry for many years. After moving to Mandeville, she became a successful home builder and served on the Board for the St. Tammany Homebuilders Association and was a member of the P.E.O. sisterhood.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Friday September 1, 2006 at 11:00 AM from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Friday from 10:00 AM until service time.
