Gary James Delatte's Obituary
Gary James Delatte tragically passed away on Friday, February 10, 2012 at the age of 53.
Beloved husband of 27 years to Lori Firmin Delatte.
Unconditional loving father of Ashleigh Michelle Delatte.
Son of Ella Fontenot Delatte and the late Earl Eurice Delatte, Sr. Brother of Earl Eurice Delatte, Jr., Darrylyn Delatte Rojas and Joycelyn Delatte Bell.
He was a resident of St. Tammany Parish for the past 26 years and was a member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 60.
His greatest joy was spending time with his family, having a smoke and drinking Dr. Pepper and he will be greatly missed.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to the visitation on Wednesday evening, February 15, 2012 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433 and on Thursday morning at St. Peter Catholic Church, 125 E. 19th Ave., Covington, LA 70433 beginning at 10:00 AM followed by Mass at 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Delatte be made to the Gary Delatte Benefit Account at any Home Bank.
