Born, Friday, May 14, 1954 in Quantico, VA to Charles Edward Carter, Sr. and Catherine Nell Carter.
Survived by his Brothers - Charles E. Carter, Jr., and James W. Carter. Also survived by nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his Father and Mother.
A Funeral Mass was held at 3:00 PM on Monday, November 10, 2014 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433. Visitation was from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Interment was in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Covington, LA.
In Lieu of flowers donation may be made to Notre Dame Hospice, 1000 Howard Ave., 10th Floor, New Orleans, LA 70113.
