Garland L. “Hop” Berryman, on Saturday, December 8, 2007.
Beloved husband of the late Norma Berryman. Father of Brandy Bone and the late Sherry Ulm. Grandfather of Jenna, Adam, Chris, Kerri and Kasey. Step-grandfather of Kim, Greg, Curt and Jeff. Great-grandfather of Grayson, Daniel, Alana and Ryan. Brother of Pat Crooker, George Berryman and the late Marge Shukas, Fred and Lawrence Berryman. Beloved friend of Pat Ford.
Mr. Berryman was a disabled Navy Veteran of WWII, past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council #12072, member of the Northshore Kiwanis Club, American Legion Post #0401 and a life member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Aged 82 years, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and a resident of Mandeville, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at 3:00 PM at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1501 W. Causeway Appr., Mandeville, LA.
Visitation on Tuesday at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. from 12:30 PM until 2:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the either the Knights of Columbus or Kiwanis Club.
