Whenever I think of Freddie, I am reminded of his kindness, generosity, and loyalty to his friends and family. At EVERY gathering he attended, you could HEAR him before you SAW him-his infectious laugh first filled the room and then you'd see his beaming smile! His gregarious personality made everyone feel at ease. He was generous with his time, his professional advice on all things mechanical. I called him more than I should have about car stuff. He took the opportunity to help anyone, anytime! And if he couldn't help you directly- Freddie "knew a guy".
And when I am sad-and I have been since last Thursday- I will remember the impact that Freddie left on our world, his selflessness to our families, our community, and our nation which he proudly served!
Miss Warrene, Chase, Allyson, Warren, and May family-thank you ALL for sharing Freddie with us. Tonight, and in perpetuity, he sits at God's right hand, brightening Heaven with his laughter and smile. Freddie, Go Rest High On That Mountain. Thanks for making us a better world for having been in it!
