Franklin Marion Kennison's Obituary
Franklin Marion Kennison, at the age of 89, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026. He was born on November 19, 1936, in South Union Township, Pennsylvania.
He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Flora Edna Blaney Kennison; his children,
Franklin Marion Kennison II (Carla), Michael Ray Kennison, Michelle Kennison Uline (James), and Victor Alan Kennison (Rose); grandchildren, Scott Kennison (Sarah), Jenny Zoch (Mike), Bryan Kennison (Brittany), Shannon Baker (Trigg), C.J. Uline, Victor Kennison Jr. (Tiffany), Krista Shepperson (Mason), Lee Ann Sabolich (Steve), and Erin Rowe (J.D.); and a number of great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Shirley Roderick (Jack) and Dolores Trainer (Bob); nieces and nephews; and wonderful lifelong friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Kennison and Jenet Mains Kennison Jeffries.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at Living Word Church, 26214 Highway 190, Lacombe, LA 70445, on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will take place at a later date.
