Beloved husband of Joan Byrne Bell. Son of the late Frank Bell, Sr. and Melanie Seibel. Father of Frank G. Bell (Shirley), Joy B. Rittler (Fred), Bonnie J. Reel (Craig), Rebecca A. Arnold and the late Kevin C. Bell (Darnell). Grandfather of Jamie Landry, Stephanie and Frank Bell, Melissa and Shelley Rittler, Amanda Bell, Stacey and Brian Rowan, Craig Reel, Tristan, Trinity and Brianna Arnold. Great-grandfather of Jordan and Julian Landry, Corey Cave, Rocky McGuire, Troy Russell. Brother of Florence Callahan and the late Eleanor Hosch, Anna Swanson and Clara Belle Hosch.
Aged 78 years, a native of New Orleans, LA, a former resident of Kenner for 40 years and a resident of Madisonville, LA for the past 2 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial mass on Saturday, August 12, 2006 at 7:00 PM from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Saturday from 6:00 PM until service time. In lieu of flowers, donation to the American Lung Association, 2325 Severn Ave., Ste. B, Metairie, LA 70001-6918 are preferred.
His body was donated to Genesis Medical Education and Research Institute for scientific research.
