Mrs. Frances was like a second mother to me. Also, a very good friend to my parents. She will be sadly missed.

The life-affirming values, beautiful sincerity, and depth of caring of both Francis and Freck impacted my childhood deeply when the Rogers moved next door to our family in 1957. I will love and admire them both forever. Although I mourn her physical passing, Francis lives on in the hearts and spirits of those of us fortunate enough to have known her.
Uncle Freck and family , I want you all to know that my heart is filled with precious memories of Aunt Frances and all of you. Just think she is with daddy and all the others who had gone before her.
