You brought a lightness a happiness to my little family. You were with me when Tyler was born thank you for your pure joy. My children remember spending Christmas with you and Sal and have always treasured the cutest couple ever. Even though she visited Canada as often as she could. Her heart and her love and her family were in New Orleans.
Thank you Faye for teaching us to treasure the moment, to see the beauty around us and to live life.

Dear Aunt Faye, when I was a kid, I remember you sending a box of hand-me-down jewelry, clothing and nicknacks to Canada. I had never seen anything like it and just thought, “Who is that glamours international women of travel and fashion!” You inspired me to travel and live where life takes me. I will forever be impressed by your artistic talents in capturing the exact essence of a child or a pet. I have always looked up to you as an artist, and still think of you whenever I sit down for a craft. Best of all, I’ll miss your laugh.
No words can ever express how much you have meant to me and our whole little group of friends, and how much you will be missed!! You were always a very big part of every gathering—-our birthday celebrations, our casino trips, our game days and our bowling league!!! We love you, dear friend! Please watch over us until we meet again!

We are very sorry for your loss. We were so grateful for your and Faye”s visits to Canada. The fun stories you and Faye would share with us. Great times, like driving thru Platsville, (not turning), pork hocks in Heidelberg, “missed it by this much”,and making gumbo in the Cookhouse at Camp. We still play VaVa’s playlist on Spotify. Faye held an adhesive role in our families.

Hello Aunt Faye,
I think there is a lot of mystery about you among the great-aunt kids. How did this beautiful lady from London end up down in New Orleans? How is it that you saw so clearly that winter is optional, while your two sisters and our entire subsequent family couldn't clue in?
I am looking forward to hearing a few more stories about you at your eulogy that I might have missed over the years.
