Evelyn Gerri Thornhill's Obituary
Evelyn Gerri Thornhill passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at the age of 74.
Beloved wife of the late John Thornhill. Loving mother of Sharon Jenkins and John Thornhill, Jr. Daughter of the late Ida Mae Fulcher Gibbs and William Merrill Gibbs. Sister of the late William “Billy” Gibbs. Also survived by three grandchildren, Brittany, Austin and Kyndil.
Mrs. Thornhill was a resident of Covington for the past 40 years and a member of Shepherd’s Care.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 12:00 noon at Shepherd’s Care, 20115 Highway 1081, Covington, LA 70435 with visitation at church on Monday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 noon.
Interment will follow in Shepherd’s Fold Church Cemetery.
