Evella LeDoux Lattanzi's Obituary
Evella LeDoux Lattanzi age, 95 passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Benjamin A. Lattanzi, for 55 years.
She was the daughter of the late Elias and Gussie LeDoux of Gueydan, Louisiana.
She was a riveter for Consolidated Aircraft, which built PBY Catalina aircraft in New Orleans during World War II. She then worked for South Central Bell, before becoming a mother.
She is survived by her 2 children: Janet L. Pittman (Marcus L. Pittman III, M.D.) and Gary J. Lattanzi (Julie); and 1 sister, Theresa L. Guidry of Lake Charles and Lake Arthur, Louisiana.
She will be dearly missed by her 3 grandchildren: Jennifer L. O'Keefe, Jaime L. Boozer and Lana L. Freeman; and her 4 great grandchildren: Phillip Mumfrey, Colin O'Keefe, Callie O'Keefe, and Amelia Boozer.
She is preceded in death by her 3 brothers: Joseph, Edward, and Russell; and 4 sisters: Irene Lounsberry, Ruby Vincent, Agnes Guidry, and Mary Lou LeBlanc.
She was a native of New Orleans for 61 years and a resident of Covington, Louisiana since 2005, Hurricane Katrina.
