R.I.P. Uncle Gene... I grew up next to The Ryan Family in Gentilly. My heart is heavy & breaking for my Aunt Jackie, & their children Jaime, Gena & Tony along with all their grandchildren. He was like a father to me growing up until GOD OUR SAVIOUR called him home to his eternal resting place. in HEAVEN. I WILL NEVER FORGET his smile, humor, laughter & joking he loved to do. A man taken too soon, but he is no longer in pain... I PRAY FOR HIS FAMILY to HEAL AT THEIR OWN PACE. The loss of a loved one is NEVER easy. I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU UNCLE GENE. I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Schulz but know his daughter Jaime very well. I consider her to be my sister and she is a kind, loving and caring woman. I'm sure it's same to assume she got those great qualities from her father. I have talked to many people who knew him and they all have nothing but kind words to say. I know that he enjoyed bowling and golfing and I know that he is enjoying those things in Heaven now. Hope he is playing a round or rolling a strike with my brother too. I pray for comfort and peace for all of his family and friends. RIP until we see you again.
