Ethel Harriet Cohen's Obituary
Ethel Harriet Cohen age 89, of Covington passed away Friday morning, January 22, 2021. She was born on January 20, 1932 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Bernard Cohen and Susan R Guice Cohen.
She is survived by her lifelong loving friend Ellen Goldring, love of her life, great-niece Annie Shocket and favorite nephew Justin. She is also survived by nephew Robert Shocket and niece Cornelia Shocket. She will be missed greatly by her fur babies, Bogey and Lottie.
She is preceded in death by her parents Bernard and Susan Cohen, sister Frances Shocket, and fur baby Lucy Jane.
A native of New Orleans, resident of Covington Ethel graduated from Louisiana State University and received her Doctorate LLB degree in Law from Loyola University.
