My condolences to the Quave family, I know Eric will be missed dearly. I am sorry I missed the Thursday evening service, it would have been nice to visit some, but I was able to attend today. Prayers and blessings your way.

Well, I had only met Eric one time about 6 months ago at the Wherehouse Bar. We talked into the early morning hours. He was such a gentleman to me & he seemed to be such a family oriented, loving father & friend. I remember he told me many times how much he adored & loved his mother. He also spoke of his daughters, I specifically recall he talked a lot about his older daughter- wanting to drive his new Mustang & how much he adored her.
He mentioned many trials & difficult times in his life & also about having lost many family members & friends earlier on in his life. It was so cold outside & I wanted to smoke a cigarette- which he chastised me a little bit for- and as I was sitting outside in the freezing cold, Eric walked out the door w a blanket from his car that he had sprayed w cologne to be sure it smelled pleasant for me. He Made me promise to text him as soon as I got home & that he would be waiting for my text & he did stay awake until I text him I was home safely. I just want to say to Eric that I’m sorry about not keeping in touch, you deserved better than that. I hope that you’re not angry with me & I’m truly saddened to hear this devastating news.
We will miss you my friend and all your craziness. Prayers for all friends and family.
Eric will be missed. He was like a brother to my brother Todd. He visited him often and never gave up on him. He was a dear friend and he will be missed sadly. RIP my friend.
