Enrique Vizzuett's Obituary
Enrique Vizzuett age 75, of Mandeville passed away Wednesday evening, December 23, 2020. He was born on December 10, 1945 in Mexico City, Mexico to Arturo Vizzuett and Elvira Vizzuett Tapia.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years of marriage Angelica Huacuja Vizzuett, his children Griselle Vizzuett Collins, Maurice Vizzuett, and Andre Vizzuett, and his 7 grandchildren Aidan, Reagan, and Addison Collins, Santiago, Juan Pablo, and Sebastien Vizzuett, and Hanna Isabella Saldivar Caudillo. He is also survived by his loving sister Adriana Carolina Vizzuett Tapia and his 4 brothers Sergio Vizzuett Tapia, Carlos Alejandro Vizzuett Tapia, Arturo Vizzuett Tapia, and Raul Vizzuett Tapia.
He is preceded in death by his parents Arturo Vizzuett and Elvira Vizzuett Tapia, and his sister Griselda Vizzuett Tapia.
A native of Mexico City and a resident of New Orleans for the past 47 years, Enrique began working for the Mexican Tourism office in 1971, alongside his beloved cousin Elva Licea Tapia. He enjoyed his career until his retirement in 2012.
Enrique had a personality that made his presence known! He loved celebrating everyday with his family and friends. Enrique enjoyed New Orleans music and food. His true passion was music and having a GOOD TIME!!
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 2:30PM with visitation beginning at 1:30 PM.
With COVID-19, restrictions social distancing and face mask are required to attend services.
