My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time. Although I don't remember if I ever met your mother, I do remember teaching at least one of her children I also vividly remember receiving a Mr. Rogers pop up book. So many laughs shared over that one. I kids loved it but the grand kids never quite understood. I had that book until I lost it and everything else in a 2003 house fire. But, memories last so much longer than material things. The memories that you have of your mother and family times will sustain you as well in the weeks, months, and years ahead. Her legacy, I am sure, will live on as her traditions and special events will be re-created. Much love to you. Hannah Rucker, MHS teacher
