Emily Taormina Becknell passed away peacefully on Monday, November 15, 2021 following a lengthy and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was the beloved wife of 44 years of Bill Becknell and the loving mother of Allison B Read Obituary
I grew up with Emily's younger sisters Terri and Joanne as a neighbor down the street in Metairie and want to extend my sympathies to the Becknell and Taormina families since I just learned of her passing. Michael and Charleen Ecuyer

Ernie and I were so saddened to hear of Emily's passing. What a wonderful person! She was so fun to be around and always had a smile or a kind word for anyone. She had a wonderful family and a terrific husband. I know you and your family will miss her but truly she is your family's very own guardian angel.
