Eloise A. Evans Preis' Obituary
Eloise A. Evans Preis passed away peacefully in her home in Abita Springs on Friday, November 3, 2017 at the age of 89. Widow of Norman R. Evans, and wife of Richard D. Preis. Daughter of the late Zorah Williams Anderson and Tony Anderson, from Hot Springs, Ark. Sister of Willene Boggs (Harry) and the late Judy Butler. Aunt of Kelly Hodge (David) and son, Milo. “Auntie” of Don (Darlene), Kirk (Debbie) and Eric (Christine) Evans, Laurie Young (Willie), Maria Reynaud (Paul) and 20 great nieces and nephews.
Eloise retired after 41 years from Westinghouse. She was active in the flatiron club, a garden club, and a member of St. James church.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, November 11th, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. with visitation that day beginning at 9:00 A.M. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
