Elliot Francis Flood's Obituary
Elliott Francis Flood, age 88 of Ponchatoula, LA died on Saturday, April 09, 2016, at Heritage Manor in Mandeville, LA.
Born, Tuesday, July 05, 1927 in New Orleans, LA to Harold and Cecile Flood. He was in the U.S. Navy and served during World War II. Elliott retired from the Dixie Brewing Company and was also a long-time resident of Chalmette, LA.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Lorraine Bertha Bradbury Flood, his daughters Barbara Flood Graham (Paul), Dianne Flood Wilson (the late Michael), and Karen Flood Rogers (Gerald), his grandchildren Paul Graham, III (Melissa), Gretchen Sakowski (Stanley), Kelly Wilson, Keith Wilson, Mallory Rogers, Shea Rogers, and three great-grandchildren Evan Vicknair, Faith Sakowski, Stanley Sakowski, IV. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM on Monday, April 11, 2016 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 11, 2016 from 11:00 AM to service time.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington, LA.
