Ellery P. Ferrara, Sr., age 85, passed peacefully on July 2 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital from pancreatic cancer. A native of New Orleans, he was a resident of the North Shore since retirement at age 72. Beloved and loving husb Read Obituary

My deepest condolences go out to Mrs. Ferrara and the entire family. May God give you all the strength you need to get through this difficult time. Mr. Ferrara was one of my favorite clients. I sold him and Mrs. Ferrara a house around the corner from mine over 13 years ago. He was so excited because I got him a good deal. EVERY time he saw me over the last 13 years he asked me "Did I still get a good deal?" and I would answer "Yes Mr. Ferrara, you still got a good deal." Now he has been called home to live with our Lord, and I have no doubt he got a good deal.
I'm so sorry for your loss Debi, I know how much you loved your Dad and know that he will be missed by all of your family. Rest in peace, Mr. Ferrara.
