We feel your pain as members of the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital family. We lost our son in December 2007 before your journey there had begun. We feel our son's presence among us every day and know that you will have those feelings too. Losing a child is the most difficult cross one could bear. Michelle, I will always remember seeing you guys from a distance at Disney and seeing Elizabeth smiling at everybody around her at the stunt show. That is how I picture her. The days ahead will be hard, I lost a son at birth, Ross, over nine years ago and I still think of him daily. He is buried at Pinecrest and I will visit with Elizabeth when I visit him. I know they are looking down at us and wishing we were not sad. We will unite with them again someday, but until then, enjoy the rest of your family. That's what Elizabeth would want.
