Elizabeth “Betsy” Odendahl Lauck, age 88 of Mandeville, LA died on Monday, February 20, 2017.
Born, Sunday, November 25, 1928, in New Orleans, LA to Otto Aicklen Odendahl and Marie Louise Collongues Odendahl.
Survived by her Daughters - Laura Lei Bodin, Linda Martin, Leslie Lauck, Son - Eric Lauck, Granddaughters - Jessica Jenkins Brewster, Danielle Bodin, Jenna Lauck, Julia Lauck, Grandsons - John Ryan White, Max Bodin and numerous GreatGrandchildren.
She was predeceased by her Husband – Horace Eric Lauck, Father - Otto Aicklen Odendahl, Mother - Marie Louise Collongues Odendahl, Daughter - Lisa White, Sister - Marie Louise Vinsant, and Brother - Roy Douglas Odendahl.
Betsy graduated from LSU and retired from Health and Human Resources, Office of Family Security. She was a past member of the Krewe of Juno, Krewe of Eve and she was a master bridge player.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 24, 2017 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 12:00 PM to service time.
Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Covington, LA.
