Thank you, Mom...you raised one hell of a family and had a good time doing it!
Helen was such a vibrant lady. I met her several years ago at Franco's and had lunch with her and our friends at various restaurants. I remember her desire to go as often as she could and
when she went to Jazz Fest by herself and told us the stories about her time there, I realized what an adventurer she was. Since she had been ill, she had been my texting buddy. She will be missed. Carrie Cole
Begonia, so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I had just gotten to know her through our lunches with a mutual friend, Eleanor. I hope that in the days ahead all the good memories will make you loss easier. Patti Stewart
Begonia and family,
I am so sorry to hear about your mom. She was a very special lady and I will miss her tremendously. She truly touched my life. I am honored that I had the opportunity to get to know her on a personal level and help care for her. I will miss her. Kristin Dr. Powers office
I loved Helen! I moved to New Orleans in February 1991 and met her in March.
We were taking a class to become tour guides. How lucky to have made friends
with Helen and Carolyn. I have wonderful memories of our outings around the
city. Blessings to Begona, Charles, Steve and her beloved grandchildren.

My sincerest condolences to the family of Ms. Elena. I am one of the nurses who helped take care of Ms. Elena in the last few years of her life. She made a lasting impression on me and I admired her generous and passionate spirit. I have never known someone with such a zest for life and who seemed to be so joyous even during times when I know she was not feeling well. Her spirit was contagious! You really could not help but love her! My prayers are with her and her family who I know will miss her greatly! She will liven up the heavens as she did while we had the good fortune to have her in our lives!
To Begonia & family.
So sorry to hear about Helen's passing. Beverly e-mailed me. She is at final peace. I have a lot of good memories of our Tour GUIDE DAYS AND CLASSES. I WILL TRY TO MAKE THE SERVICES. I had chemo on the 1st of July so it depends how I'll feel.
