Elaine Melancon Steimle's Obituary
Elaine Melancon Steimle passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at the age of 90.
Beloved wife of the late Bernard E. Steimle. Loving mother of Ronald E. Steimle. She is also survived by four grandsons and one great-grandson.
She was a native of New Orleans, a resident of the Northshore since 1968 and was a retired Federal employee.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 with visitation on Wednesday beginning at 9:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Mandeville City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to St. Joseph’s Abbey in Covington, LA.
