Thank you for sharing Eileen's obituary. It brought back many special memories. First of all wonderful thoughts about Carbon County. It was a great place to be raised. Eileen was a friend of my brother in law Thom Nielson and I was good friends with her brother Dick. A special thank you to you for my six daughters. After adopting our first you solved the problem and we were blessed with five more little girls. Each time you promised me a boy. And what a surprise when we discovered the day of my delivery of number four that I had two more little girls. Then one more came along. Their names are Jeni, Jacque, Jami, Jonni, Joni, and Jilda. They are healthy, happy mothers. A couple of them you counseled when they were getting married. Thank you and many happy days ahead.

My name is Marnie Pendleton and I did Eilene's hair when she lived in Utah. I was shocked on seeing her obituary in the paper, I had just been thinking about her and how she was doing now that she had moved to LA. I thought the world of Eilene and I have memories of the good time we spent together in the salon. I've missed her since she left Utah and I will miss her more knowing that she is gone. She was the grandest of ladies! She created so many happy memories for our family. Fun times, great conversations and fabulous food! Her sparkling blue eyes were so lovely. She always made the event extra special and knew how to make people feel loved. She will be greatly missed, never forgotten.
