Edwin Albert Milan's Obituary
Edwin Albert Milan passed away on Friday, May 29, 2009 at the age of 95.
Beloved husband of the late Edna Weckerling Milan. Loving father of Betty Milan Fischer and father-in-law of the late John F. Fischer. Grandfather of Sandra Fischer Carroll and her husband Egan P. Carroll. Great-grandfather of Madeleine Carroll.
He was preceded in death by his parents Rosa McGovern and Joseph A. Milan. Brother of the late Dan Milan, Allen Milan and Irene Milan Andre.
One of his greatest accomplishments was being a trapeze artist with Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus for many years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Monday, June 1, 2009 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 with visitation on Monday beginning at 9:00 AM until service time.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
