I have wonderful memories of Mr. Ed. His butterfly tattoo and I had a CB name, “little strawberry” on our way to Disney World. My first trip to that magical place where I was declared the dwarf name of “clumsy”... Mr. Ed will be missed deeply
Dear Jess, Betsy, Danna and Lynne, Our hearts are so saddened for all of you on the loss of your Dad and best friend. We will all miss Ed. He was a good guy - always ready to help out and very generous with his family. It’s a consolation to have so many good memories to sustain you. Much love, Nanny (Miss Kay, Kaycee) and Dale
Dear Lynne and family,
Please accept my condolences in your loss of Ed. My prayers and thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
Sincerely, Cristy Sclafini
Ed will be missed as he was my boss in 1988 in Charleston SC and hired my mother-in-law and soon to be wife who I met on the job . I was fortunate enough to work with him again in 1996 in New Bern, NC while at Traylor Bros. RIP my friend . I’ve attached a pic of him and Pam at my wedding in 1991
This was taken at a good friends wedding. Ed was a wonderful man. Always enjoyed working with him. My thoughts and prayers are with y'all. He will be missed. Pam, Charleston, SC,. James Island Expressway Project
Bob and I are so sorry to hear about Ed. We have so many good memories of when Ed and Lynne lived in Charleston. Ed and Bob were members of the Chain Saw Society following Hurricane Hugo when they helped to saw tree limbs to clear the neighborhood. One funny memory is when Ed decorated his front lawn with a coffin for Halloween. He hid in it and opened the lid and scared the kids so much. We also remember a great boat ride and how much he loved the water. Condolences to the girls and Lynne. Godspeed to Ed!
So sad to hear the news. You were an awesome man and an amazing person! Never forget all the great times we shared! Until we meet again....Love You Mr Ed!
