Edward Louis Glockner's Obituary
Edward L. “Eddie” Glockner of Mandeville, LA, born October 14, 1932 left this earth on Thursday, January 1, 2009 to be with his parents, Mrs. Jeanne and Mr. Eugene Glockner in Heaven wrapped in God’s Glory.
Mr. Glockner proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
Mr. Glockner is survived by his sisters, Eugenie G. Williams, Melba G. Wager, Mildred G. Wager; his brothers, Eugene C. Glockner Donald J. Glockner; as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Though Eddie has gone to be in the arms of his Savior, he will be sadly missed and always remembered by his family and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Tuesday, January 6, 2008 at 1:00 PM from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 with visitation on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until service time.
Interment will follow in Mandeville City Cemetery.
